64 year old woman ill will kidney disease needs help. Haven't been able to work since June and have fallen so far behind on my bills and used up all savings. I am returning to work in the new year but will never be able to catch up and the utilitity companies are getting threatening. I need to buy medication for my kidneys and puffers for my COPD. My car insurance is past due and the car's yearly registration is past due too. I am down to 3 or 4 days worth of food in the house and my cat and dog are fast running out of food too. Would really appreciate any help given to me and will pay it forward when I am able again."
