Hi, I am a 51 year old man, father of 2 wonderful children. Here is my story. In 2010 I begged my dad to buy a home with me, because he was living alone, he agreed and bought the house. After only 8 days in the new house, he was rushed to the hospital, he never came back out. He passed in January 2011. I took 3 months off work to stay with him, I did not want him to die alone, and wanted to make the best of whatever time he had left. After he passed I was told by the company I worked for that I had been replaced. I have been trying to find work, but it is getting harder the older I get. In just a few days I will be homeless and I do not see any light at the end of this very dark tunnel. I tried to do the right thing but it put me in this situation. I am not looking for charity; I want to pay back whatever is loaned to me. I have constantly helped everyone that I could, but now it is me who needs help, and there is no one there for me. I am a very good cook and would like to buy an existing restaurant; it is profitable and fully equipped with liquor permit. The asking price is cheap, I am just trying to make it in life, but things just keep taking a turn for the worst. So if there is anyone who can help, I promise that you will not regret it.
